Where would you suggest is the best place meant for this tattoo idea?

I trying to decide where to put a hummingbird tattoo with pink honeysuckles. Please don't lecture, I know it's permanent thing. Anyway I was thinking my shoulder blade, in the middle of my upper back, or my shoulder. It's going to about medium size at the most. Any suggestions on where to put between those 3 options?

I want a badass tattoo that will go on my back. It will be very detailed because my boyfriend is drawing it for me so I need a badass artist to be able to tattoo it on my back. I searched online but it I am trying to get as much info as possible because this is very important to me. Permanent!!
