How to put on a temporary rhinestone tattoo?

I bought a rhinestone jewelry tattoo at Claire's but it didn't come with any instructions. I really don't think you put it on the same as the other temporary tattoos, but I really dont know, especially because it has rhinestones and a shape made out in glitter. Does anyone know how to put this type of tattoo on? It is NOT the peel sticker type.
