How Many Times Can You Have A Tattoo Redone?

I have a tattoo of a flower and a hummingbird on my upper shoulder blade, i've had both redone but the hummingbird is still not as bright as i want it and i wanna get it highlighted to bring it out more. Thing is this would be my third time getting it done over and i don't wanna risk any deformities from getting buy antibiotics online no prescription it done too often. If it helps I've had the tattoo for 3 years now and had it redone 6 months ago.
