Could A Tattoo Artist Do This?

I'm getting a hummingbird tattoo on my 20th birthday. I know hummingbirds come in different colors, so I looked on the Internet for pictures. I found one that I really like, but I don't like the pose it's in. Then there's another one I also like, but I mostly like the pose it's in. I can tell by online pharmacy without a prescription the pictures that the fullness of the head feathers of the birds are different. Could a tattoo artist tattoo the bird I like in the pose of the bird in the other picture if I show the artist the pictures?
