Talk to your artist.
They can see the skin tone, where we cannot.
Some say white does not last.
I still have a little left after 20+ years and no touch-ups.
Every Spring, Summer and Fall it's in the sun.
I'm blond with light skin that tans to a dark brown on my back and arms.
Ink has improved over time.....another reason to talk to the artist.

Do you have blue undertones or pink in your skin? If you have blue undertones then I would have the white flower lined in a different color like a pale pink.........but if you have pink undertones it should be fine.

Make sure to get a professional opinion first though.......... :-D

That sounds like a good idea to represent your grandmother. Does it honestly sound "gay" to you? Does a tattoo mean you are gay? no. Does something representing a lost loved one mean you are gay? no. Do birds mean you are gay? no. How about you try using better words than calling something gay.

Yes there is white ink and there is also, invisible glow in the dark ink. Your tattoo sounds wonderful. Good Luck.

Hmm. I dont think white would look good on fair skin.
What about the lightest shade of blue?

If you ahve it done and dont like it, I am sure later on once it heals they can go back over it with a darker color like blue, red, orange or purple, or whatever color you like...

I don't think so. It would look really nice. A lot will depend on your tattoo artist, who will make it to suit you.
