As A Teenager Where Should I Get A Tattoo Done?

I'm 14 and I want to get a tattoo for my 15th birthday in June (but I think I wanna get it done in April so that it heals before summer) and I wanna get a tattoo of a hummingbird, which i absolutely love the meaning for, and I know people will look down upon me for it but I don't care because it means a lot to me.
Now I'm not exactly then skinniest phentermine online without a prescription girl and I have a little extra baggage (but I play tennis so I'm pretty toned) and I'm not exactly sure where I should get it done. I was thinking my hip. But I'm not sure.
And also
Would this in any away affect me in tennis? Like the healing process? Probably not, but I'm just not sure.
