Already Have Two Tattoos, Where To Place My Third Where I Can See But Have The Choice To Cover?

I already have on tattoo on my right hip (around the hip bone area) and one on the inside on my left wrist. Thinking of getting another one and I want it cheap pills online without prescription to be somewhere I can see but have the choice to hide at the same time. So back is out. It will be a hummingbird tattoo. Any suggestions? Thanks.
