Where Should My Gf Get Her Tattoo?

She wants to get it on her back or something like that, but I think she should get it somewhere where she can see it without using a mirror...

How Does Your Tattoo Get Change If Your Arms Get Bigger?

I plan on keeping my workouts after I get a tattoo (my first) and I know my arms will get bigger but not that much, maybe like a few inches over a really long period of time. Will the tattoo mess up like this or what?
